REVIEW: PLUM GREEN TEA MATTIFYING MOISTURIZER

I always had a great difficulty in finding out a moisturizer that would suit oily/combination (my skin tends to change from oily to combination depending on the seasons) skin. Even if the product mentions all skin type, I always ended up with oily sweaty sticky face than getting it moisturized. I ended up buying this moisturizer for the range name “GREEN TEA”. Because green tea is best known for its anti-oxidant properties which helps skin to stay away from black heads, acne, etc.

What do I think about
plum green tea moisturizer:
When
I found the word mattifying I expected the product to have a gel consistency.
But it’s kind of gel with more lotion in it. It is neither runny nor thick. This
product has a mild refreshing scent, which fades away after few minutes. Two
pumps of this product is sufficient for a use and I gently warm up the product
in between my palm and massage it on to my skin and the product gets absorbed
into the skin like a magic leaving behind matte oil-free skin. I feel like it
forms a shield and locks up the moist into skin.

I
didn’t experience any oiliness for 2 to 3 hours after applying the moisturizer.
But it depends on the climate as well. The skin feels really soft and smooth
and stays hydrated, which I wanted for years and I’m really happy on
discovering this product.
I
feel that if your dry skin and want to try out this range, it would dry out
your skin more.
PROS:
- Light on skin
- Mattifies the skin.
- Doesn't break-out.
- 100% vegan.
- Cruelty free.
- Quickly absorbed.
- Pump packaging (hygienic).
- Travel friendly.
CONS:
- Little expensive.
Overall
I would say, this product is a must in your routine if you have oily skin. I
would suggest trying out the entire range from this brand for added benefits
(totally optional).
