Skin
care regime is an essential in all season for all skin type. I personally changed
my skin care for this winters and sharing a few must haves in your winter skin
care regime. Let's get started.
The
first and foremost is cleansing. Using an appropriate face wash is a must. For
oily skin people go for soap free cleansers, which won’t dry out your skin but
cleanses the skin. Dry skin people go for a cream based face wash, which gives
that extra moisture to the skin.
Moisturiser
Moisturizing
is a key step in every skin care routine. Skin tends to dry generally in
winters. Prefer using a lotion like cetaphil moisturizer will help oily skin
people. Dry skin people can use cold creams or any deep moisturizers.
Lip balms
Lip
balm is a must have in your winter skin care. It always important to use a lip
balm to prevent out lips from getting dried and chapped. Using a lip balm with
spf is necessary. I recommend maybelline baby lips lip balms, as they are very
moisturizing and affordable.
Makeup removing wipes
Removing
makeup before going to bed is a big oh no during winters. Keeping the makeup
remover wipes handy becomes a must during winters. In case if you feel makeup
wipes to be harsh on your skin, you can use baby wipes.
Sunscreen
Be
it any season, SPF is a must. Always wear a sunscreen, even if you stay indoor.
I was told by a doctor that sun rays affects us even when we stay indoors. So
it is always good to use a sun screen. And do not forget to reapply sunscreen
for every 2 hours.
Dry shampoos
Winters
mean greasy scalp and lazy us. There comes a rescuer “DRY SHAMPOOS”. These come
in different sizes and variants. Choose one according to your choice and enjoy
your lazy winters.
Dry

Hand creams
Hands
and feet are the next winter victims next to skin. My hands dry out no matter
what I do to moisturize them. I always have a hand cream handy to protect my
dry hands. There are many hand creams in the market out there. Currently, i
have been using innisfree jeju hand cream. Innisfree has got a huge variants of
hand creams, so you can give them a try.
Some
hand cream recommendations: Neutrogena hand cream, yves rocher hand cream.
You
can use nivea crème as a hand cream as well. This product is a multi-use
product which can cover up almost the winter skin care products range.
