Hello everyone!

To start of with, this is my very first blog post. Ever since the thought of writing a blog post was haunting me, choosing the right product to review was a biggest issue. When I was going through the internet for fashion and makeup blogs as well as videos, one of the raving product that I found was miss Claire lip creams. This product was actually flooded with questions in almost every blog post or in video commenting section... Where are they found? How is the texture? Does it suit all the skin tone? Uff!! What not left?! L. Even I was one among those people who were shooting those questions to almost all the bloggers wherever review on this product was found.

Recently I got my hands on these awesome goodies which actually made me go to gaga over them like other people who have used them. I’m gonna review 4 colours from this range(Shade no: 08,10,13,16). The products are available in different colour variants: pink, red, orange, purple and nude.
I bought these from instagram pages: sheen and shine (13 & 16) and fashion_waves (08 &10).

Shades available: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,15a,16a,17a,18a.

           Price: I bought these in the range Rs.150-250 but the pricing of the product is not mentioned on the product.

          

            This product has a life of 3 years. 

As far as I know, shade no: 13, 14,15,16,18  are discontinued from the manufacturer side. Do check with the respective retailers J and let me know if these shades are available anywhere online. 

REVIEW OF THE PRODUCT:

PRODUCT CLAIMS:

 It’s not a lipstick, nor is it gloss. It’s like nothing you’ve experienced before. It’s lipstick cream that goes on silky but looks soft matte.

PACKAGING:

This product comes in a usual bottle and wand style packaging as of lip-gloss and liquid lipsticks. The applicator wand is really amazing in picking up the product and application of the cream on to the lips is very smooth without any hassle which is a big yaayy J. The bottle is very light weight and compact which makes it travel friendly as well. Big THUMBS UP for the packaging!!

PIGMENTATION,TEXTURE AND LASTING POWER:

These lip creams are very well pigmented which even covers the pigmented lips in two swipes. The lip cream can be layered up with a gap of a minute or two between each layering. The product stays on the lips for a longer time but a lip liner can be used for extending the staying power. 

These products are smooth in application as I have mentioned. The cream feels creamy which then settles down as matte and remains non-transferable after few minutes of application. It stays for around 6-7 hours without meal and 4-5 hours on a light meal which actually is a long staying power I would say, for a product around 150-250 rs product, this is another yaayyy!!?

As of other matte lipsticks these lip creams would be better if applied after exfoliation to make lips look smooth and to avoid the cream to settle in those chapped skin of lips.

Shade 08:

This shade is a that dull magenta fuschia kinda pink which would flatter most of the Indian skin tones.

Shade 10:

This is one of fave shade. It is just a red which brightens up the face in no time J. A plain red which would flatter almost all the Indian skin tones.

Shade 16:

This is the perfect nude shade which is this browny pink shade for everyday wear, which would be a Holy Grail shade for fair to medium skin beauties. It may wash out a bit on dusky to dark skin tone beauties.
